How do I apply for the NDIS?

WNP Care is your NDIS plan management at NO COST professional for you if you complete these six simple steps to apply:

  1. Verify Eligibility

You must take into account several things before applying for NDIS help to know if you qualify:

  • Age restrictions
  • Required residency
  • Details on your health condition
  • You need help now

Verify that you are eligible by ensuring you fulfill the requirements, which often include being under 65 years old, having a persistent disability, and residing in a region where the NDIS is accessible.

To assist you in doing this, the NDIS offers an eligibility checklist.

The next step is to submit an NDIS access request for the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to consider if you discover that you could be qualified to apply.

  1. Gather Information: Compile documentation of your handicap, medical history, and support requirements.
  2. Contact NDIS: Email the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and ask for an access request form.
  3. Finish the application: Fill out the access request form with specifics about your impairment and assistance needs.
  4. Plan Meeting: Participate in a planning session with the NDIA to review your objectives and requirements.
  5. Receive Your Plan: After it has been approved, you will receive your plan, including a list of the paid services and supports to which you are entitled.

How is plan management carried out?

All plan managers providing financial administration services must be NDIS registered.

Our budget advisors assist you in managing your budget and talk about potential purchases while your providers give us their bills so we can pay them on your behalf.

Your NDIS planner will handle your finances if you wish, enabling us to submit claims for services on your behalf and pay your service providers directly.

I coordinate support. Can I use WNP Care to sign up my clients?

We like collaborating with support coordinators to ensure clients receive the most excellent assistance possible via their NDIS plans. However, only acknowledged guardians or authorized nominees are permitted to sign up participants on our behalf. We advise support coordinators to walk their clients through the registration procedure. The team at WNP Care is always on hand to assist or respond to inquiries. For information, please visit our contact page.

How are the costs for WNP Care paid?

On the day of your registration, WNP Care will raise an initial one-time charge (per plan), followed by monthly payments on the first of each month. As long as you’ve asked that Improved Life Choices be included in your project, the NDIA will pay all these costs.
